Session Details
Two big things about a session with Duck Feathers Photograhy.
1. You will likely never hear me say "look at the camera!" I promise we do grab some photos with everyone looking at the camera, but after that, I aim for our session to be fun and more like playing for the kids. "Everyone squeeze in for a big hug" or "let's lay down and listen to daddy sing your favorite silly song" is more what you will hear from me.
2. Session fees include digital images. My mom heart can't edit a beautiful gallery of your family and only let you choose your favorite 15 or so images. I want you to have these photos and proudly display them!
3. Prints! Pretty much every session with me includes prints of your favorite photos because I want you to have something in your hands. I feel prints are so important and a collection of your history. Put them in a frame or in a box for future generations to find. Technology is changing so quickly and I'm guessing when my Baby Duck is 60 years old, the Cloud, Google Photos, or hard drives may be a thing of the past.
Lifestyle Family Session - 1 hour
Full family sessions run about an hour long, typically beginning about an hour before sunset. You receive the best photos from our session, hand edited, in a digital gallery you can download a few weeks after your session. I want you to have something tangible from our session as well - the package includes 4 x 6 professionally printed photos of your favorite 20 images. Session prices begin at $350.
This sessions is intended for immediate family; I am honored to capture photos of grandparents and extended family for an additional fee.
Additional print items, including canvases and enlargements, from my professional lab can be added to your package.
Lifestyle Family Session - 30 minutes
The mini lifestyle session is a shortened version of above. Need quick holiday photos or have tiny ones that may not want to take photos for an hour? This may be for you. This is also a great session for just the grandparents and grandchildren. This is a 30 minute session, with a digital gallery of your best photos hand edited, as well as 4 x 6 professional printed photos of your favorite 10 images. Session price is $215.

Seasonal Mini Sessions
I offer seasonal mini sessions for the holidays, fairy sessions, and other fun themed sessions. Also, if Duck Feathers Photography is not yet serving your school, preschool, or daycare with Fine Art School Photography, I offer these as mini sessions during the fall and spring semester.
